Apricot Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin - slicedCanola Oil2 Onions slicedDijon MustardApricot preservesWhite Wine1 Apple diced1/2 c milk 1%1 Cup Chicken Broth
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Brown Pork in skillet w/ canola oil. Remove from skillet. Add onion to skillet and sautee. Add milk and chicken broth to onions. Stir in dijon mustard and apricot preserves and wine. Simmer to reduce. Place pork tenderloin back into skillet. When cooked down to thickened sauce add cooked noodles and toss.
