4 cups Split Peas4 cups California Medley (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)1 cup Chicken Broth8 cups Water
Directions
Bring split peas to a boil in 4 cups water for 30 minutes. Add vegetables, broth, and the additional water and let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve
