I followed the recipe exactly, and I am actually amazed how good this turned out. I couldn't resist cheating my diet and having a second helping, it was that good! Mmmmm! - 10/19/12

Best lasagna recipe I have tried. Very easy to make. Yummy !! I have made this for a work potluck but never got to taste it. It was gone by the time I got to lunch. Even better the next day. I have put this on my rotating meals. - 6/11/12

This was delicious! We all loved it. I was surprised as I didn't think the noodles would be tender, but they were. I will definitely be making this super yummy dish again! - 4/5/11

Served to daughter and SIL- they loved it! Used low fat instead of ff cheeses and used fresh, organic spinach instead of frozen. Also substituted an Indian spice mixture instead of the red pepper flakes and salt. Easy and absolutely delish! Will never bake lasagne in the oven again! - 11/17/14
