Ceveche Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
Green cabbage, cilantro, onion, lime and EVOO for a light and refreshing slaw-great over fish or just on a bed of lettuce with almonds and crushed ramen noodles!
Directions
Chop up all except the limes. Squeeze limes over and add a 1/2 tsp of sea salt and drizzle tbsp of EVOO over all. Toss and serve. Keeps well in the fridge also.
