- Banana: 1, fresh, medium, peeled and cut-up- Strawberries: 3-4 medium-large size, fresh, cut-up- Low Fat Chocolate Milk: 1/2 cup.- Total Lean Protein (Vanilla) Mix: Meal Replacement of choice- use as directed as listed on bottle: approx. (1-2 scoops.)- Bryers Vanilla Low Fat Ice Cream: 1 scoop or 1/4 cup.
After prepping all fruit, place all ingredients into your blender or bullet. Blend until well incorporated and smooth. Served in chilled glass with a straw and a bar spoon. ENJOY!
