Kim's Chicken Stew

Ingredients
16 ounces chicken breast, shredded1 cup potato, diced2 cans mixed vegetables1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes (I use the ones with basil, garlic, and oregano)1 tbsp basil1 tbsp garlic pepper1 can 99% Fat free chicken broth
Directions
Cook chicken and shred. Peel, wash, and dice potato.
Add all ingredients into a crockpot and simmer on low all day long.
