Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed1/2 cup oats2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt6 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend3 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips4 Tbsp Cool Whip Free
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and blend until all ingredients are combined. Mix in the chocolate chips with a spoon.

3. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.

4. Cool for at least 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices. Serve with 1 tsp Cool Whip Free per slice.
