Pork Salad

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 1 piecePotato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Allspice, .5 tspPepper, black, 1 dashLea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tspBeans, red kidney, 1 cupGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cupTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and quarter potatoes, add around pork.
Add water.
Season with Allspice and black pepper.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Drain and add green beans.
Add tomatoes.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, shred pork with electric mixer.
