Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

1 jumbo sweet potato (6-8 inches long)1 Tb extra virgin olive oil1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 tsp garlic powder1 Tb chili powder
1. Preheat over to 400 degrees.
2. Cut sweet potato into fry-like shapes (whatever length/width you desire, as long as they are all equal pieces). Place in medium casserole dish.
3. Toss with olive oil and spices, making sure all fries are coated.
4. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
5. Turn on broiler for 5 minutes to crisp fries. Serve with ketchup.
