Asian Beef Salad with Sriracha Honey dressing

1lb flank steak1tsp sriracha hot sauce2tsp honey1/2 TBS low-sodium soy saucejuice of 1 lime1/4C canola oil1 bag salad1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 small red onion, sliced1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and choppedsalt and pepper
1. Preheat a grill, grill pan, or cast-iron skillet over med-hi heat. Season steak all over with salt and pepper and cook until medium rare, about 3-4 minutes per side. Allow the steak to rest at least 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
2. While the meat rests, combine the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice with a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking to combine.
3. In a large salad bowl, combine the salad, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, avocado and sliced steak. Slowly drizzle in the dressing, tossing the ingredients gently, until everything is lightly coated. Top with a little fresh cilantro if desired.
