1 24oz Jar of Marinara/Pasta Sauce1 14.5oz Can of Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)1 8oz Can of Tomato Sauce1 4oz Can of Mushrooms (Drained Weight)1t Dried Basil3/4t Ground Thyme1 Medium Red Bell Pepper2C Diced Zucchini (about 1 small-medium)2lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast4 cloves Garlic (or 2t Minced Garlic)
1. Slice/Shred Chicken Breast
2. Dice Zucchini and Red Pepper
3. Add all ingredients to slow-cooker and stir together
4. Cook for 6-7 hours on low heat (or 3-4 hours on high)
