Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
5 Medium potatoes, washed, not peeled2 Tbsp canola oil1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp parsley
Directions
Cut potatoes into wedges (about 8 per potato) and put in a bowl. Mix spices with oil in a small bowl and drizzle over potatoes. Stir to evenly coat potatoes with seasoning. Bake on cookie sheet for about 40 minutes at 425.
