Calzone

Ingredients
Dough ingredients: Flour, whole grain, 2.5 cup Yeast, bakers, 1 ounceOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Milk, 1%, .5 cup Filling ingredients: Tomato Paste, 8 tbsp Garlic, 5 cloves Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 Italian tomatoPaprika, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix flour, yeast, oil, salt, and milk. Knead into a workable dough. Let rise until doubled in size.

Divide into 2, and roll into circles.

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix tomato paste and herbs.

Spread sauce on dough rounds, and arrange the rest of the filling ingredients over half the dough.

Fold the dough over to a half circle. Press to seal.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.
