Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese

3 C 2% milk, 4 egg whites, 4 tsp flour, 2 C Cheese, 4 C Rigatoni Pasta and 1.5 chicken breast chopped.
Put crockpot on a high temperature (I set mine as cook on high for 4 hrs). Add first 3 ingredients, mix well. Then add the rest of the stuff to the crockpot. Let cook for about an hour to hour and half. Stir about every 20 min the first 45 min, then check every 15 min.
