Easy Pasta Casserole

� 16 oz. package of pasta (rigatoni, penne, farfalle, rigate, etc)� 1 lb. ground beef� 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce� 1 cup mushrooms� 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350�.
3. Brown beef in large skillet; drain. Add mushrooms and saute until soft.
4. In large mixing bowl, combine meat, sauce, and pasta and mix.
5. In 9x13 dish, pour in mixture evenly and sprinkle cheese over top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size:�9x13 dish makes 8 servings
