Scrambled eggs and spinach

Ingredients
1 whole egg2 egg whitesOnion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)2 slices canadian bacon (diced)1 cup raw spinach1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese1/2 Tbsp canola oilBeat egg mixture. Saute onion in canola oil, add canadian bacon. When cooked add spinach, cook until wilted, add eggs, cook until almost done (scrambling while cooking) add cheese and serve.
