Salami, 300 gram(s)Catelli medium bow pasta, 375 gram(s) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium Onions, 1 medium Mushrooms, cooked, 8Black Olives, 300 gramsGarlic, 1 cloveExtra Virgin Olive Oil - President's choice, 3 tsp
Directions
Sauté the vegetables in the oil to taste, add some herbs, then the diced salami and olives.
Mix with the cooked bows.
Serve hot or cold.
