Ingredients
- Peanut Butter: 2 T. or 1/4 cup, creamy style- Ice Cream: 2 scoops or 1/2 cup, vanilla flavor- Chocolate Syrup: 1-2T.- Chocolate Milk: 1 cup, lowfat- Meal Replacement Protein: 1-2 scoops as per directed on canister, Vanilla flavored.
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender or bullet. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated within the mixture. Serve in a chilled glass with a straw and a bar spoon. ENJOY!

    I would use lower fat frozen yogurt or lower fat ice cream to cut the amount of fat and calories. It's yummy but too high In calories to eat very often. It belongs in the delicious, special occasion treat category! - 6/17/18
