Asparagus Egg Muffins

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup, shredded (remove)Half and Half Cream, .5 cup (remove)Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)Heavy Whipping Cream, .2 cup, whipped (remove)Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)(would add more 1-2 more eggs and whites next time, only made 11 muffins
Directions
Saute onions, asparagus in olive oil. Mix rest of ingredients together in bowl. Add in sauteed veggies. Spoon into greased muffin pan, bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
