Chicken Mushroom Swiss Crustless Quiche

1 cooked chicken thigh, shredded1(4-oz) can mushroom pieces, drained1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded4 large eggs2 cups skim milksalt and pepper, to taste1 tsp dried marjoram1 tsp dried basil
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle chicken, mushrooms and cheese into bottom of prepared pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Pour over meat and cheese. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; Reduce heat to 300 and bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 30 min. Allow to set-up for 10 minutes.
