Spicy Beef Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
1. Mushrroms, 4 cups, sliced thin2. 2 Tbl ghee or lard or bacon fat3. 2 Tbl rosemary4. 1 cup finely chopped onion or leek or shallot or green garlic or scallion5. 2 garlic cloves, minced6. 1 lb ground beef (grass fed)7 .optional hot pepper oil8. optional cinnamon9. lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Saute mushrooms, spices and herbs
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
3. drain excess oil and juices
4. fill lettuce cups w 2 Tbl of mixture each
5. Sprinkle with hot pepper oil and cinnamon
