Meaty biscuit cups

1 pound lean ground beef1/3 cup finely chopped red onion1/3 cup BBQ sauce1/2 cup frozen corn1 (10) count can flaky biscuits1/2 cup shredded, reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
Per heat oven to 400 degrees
In a medium non stick skillet, cook the ground beef and red onion over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until meat is done. Drain any excess grease. Remove from heat and add the BBQ sauce and corn, mixing well.
Divide each biscuit in half by pulling apart the layers. Press each half into non stick muffin tins coated with non stick cooking spray. Divide the meat enenly into the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes
Serving Size:�Makes 10 biscuit cups. 2 cups per serving
