Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, rinsed6 medium strawberries, hulled and rinsed1/2 cup frozen peaches1/4 avocado1/2 cup milk1 Tbsp honeyHandful of ice, optional
Directions
Layer ice, spinach, fruits and avocado in a blender. Pour milk over. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
