Water, tap, 14 fl oz (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .66 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
Combine 1st 3 ingredients in medium sauce pan, bring to boil, take off heat, add vanilla, stir. Let cool. Store in glass in the fridge for many months.
