Ingredients:*Martha White Self-Rising White Corn Meal Mix, 3/4 cupRice flour, white, 1/4 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tspSalt, 1 tsp*Macadamia Nut Oil, 1 tbsp *100% Pure Rice Bran Oil, 2 - 3 tbsp Rice Milk ( have never measured, pour in till you get a soupy batter I think appx 3/4 cup)
Preheat oven to 400, Pour Rice oil in 6' cast iron skillet, go ahead and place in oven, get oil nice and hot, throw in a little corn meal to let you know when it is hot enough; meanwhile mix all other ingredients. Pour into hot grease and cook for appx 25 mins, till edges are nice and brown.
