Sour Cherry Low carb bar

Ingredients
0.75 cup of Dried Sour Cherries15 Dates chopped (pitted)0.75 cup chopped walnuts (not fine)0.25 cup slivered almond chopped (not fine)2.5 oz dried shredded coconut (does not have to be toasted)2.5 tbsp melted coconut oil (Warm)pinch salt4 squares Dark chocolate 85%
Directions
Mix Dates and half the cherries in a food processor to make a lumpy paste then add the chopped nuts, coconut,salt and remaining sour cherries and the warm coconut oil and pulse a couple of times to mix together. Spread out and press onto greaseproof paper on a baking sheet, about half an inch thick and cut out your squares.
Microwave the chocolate to melt and then drizzle over the squares. Place the tray in the freezer for a short while to allow the chocolate and firm up.
