Flax and Quinoa Scones

Ingredients
20 tbsp flax meal1 cup flour0.5 cup quinoa meal (ground)2 tsp baking powderpinch salt11 tbsp butter6 fl oz greek yogurt 0.25 cup maple syrup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Rub in the butter to make a bread crumb consistency (or use a food processor). Add the Greek yogurt and syrup and mix well to form a dough. Add a little milk if it is too dry. Form into 12 balls. Press each ball lightly onto a baking sheet with greasproof paper on it and brush to tops with a little milk or beaten egg.
Bake in a pre heated oven 400 deg f
Until golden about 20 mins
