1 box white cake mix2 egg whites1 1/2 cup water1 6oz yogurt (any flavor) I used weight watchers strawberry.Frosting:1 container cool whip lite1 6 oz yogurt (same flavor as above)
Mix first four ingrediants in bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool. Mix frosting ingrediants and spread on top. Cut an serve. Keep refridgerated. Serves approx. 30-36 depending on how big of slices you want.

I made this cake tonight without telling my family it was a healthier dessert and it was a HUGE success! I made a 9 in strawberry round cake, 12 mini muffins and 6 large muffins all out of 1 batch! I only used the icing on the cake and it's delicious! It was a very light and yummy dessert! - 1/5/11
