Ingredients
3/4 c&h light stevia sugar blend1C Whole Wheat Flour1/4C Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1T Wheat Germ 1 large Egg1C Milk, nonfat3T cinnamon Applesauce, sweetened1C Walnuts, chopped1C mashed Banana3.5t Baking Powder3/4t Salt1t Cinnamon, ground1 1/4 C white Flour
Directions
Mix wet ingredients and sugar and banana, then combine dry ingredients and blend it all for ~1 minute on medium setting. Add to greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for ~50 minutes.
