Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
6 cups broccoli, cut into bite size1 cup bacon pieces3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing2 Tbsp White Vinegar1/4 cup green onions1 1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 tsp SugarSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. bring a large pot of water to a bowl, Add the broccoli, cook for 1-2mins. 1 min = still crunchy. 2 mins = cooked all the way. do not cook longer then 2 mins or it will be mushy. dump into a bowl of ice water.

2. Place bite size broccoli into a large bowl add the bacon, green onions and cheese

3. in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. then add to the broccoli mixture and toss gently.

Serving Size: makes about 12 1/2 cup servings
