Easy Lentil soup

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped carrots2 cups low sodium, fat free chicken stock1 cup lentils1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. thyme2 cups water1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Saute onions and carrots in oil until soft.
Add all other ingredients except lemon juice.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 min.
Add lemon juice before serving.
