Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
5-6 green, red, yellow peppers1 lb ground turkey1 can diced tomatoes (or flavoured tomatoes)2 tbsp ketchup2 tsp worcestershire sauce1 cup minute rice1/3 cup water
Directions
Mix ground turkey, rice, diced tomatoes, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

Cut the tops off of peppers and set aside. Clean insides of peppers.

Put meat mixture into peppers. Put peppers in slow cooker in a single layer. Put tops back on peppers. Put 1/3 cup water in bottom of crockpot.

Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours.
