Spanish Squash 93/7 May2012

Ingredients
20 oz Ground Turkey 93/74 cups thickly sliced yellow squash (about 3 medium)2/3c chopped yellow onion1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes1/2c water1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cumin1 dash garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. (This stuff ain't stickin!) Cook meat on medium high heat until ALMOST done then add squash and onions and continue cooking until done. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium low for about 30 minutes.
