Ingredients
1.Cake, yellow, dry mix, light, 18.5 oz 2. Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Chocolate, 42 grams 3. Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)4. Extra Light Olive Oil, 12 tbsp (remove)5. Sherry, dry, 6 fl. oz 6. Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.Bake in greased and floured pans( tube, bundt, mini cupcake tin) for 30 to 45 min. at 350 degrees F. While still hot remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
