Low Fat Turkey Barbecue Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or turkey1 medium green pepper, chopped1/2 cup chopped onion3/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup water2 Tbs yellow mustard1 Tbs sugar1 Tbs white vinegarSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In skillet cook ground meat, green pepper & onion until meat is browned and vegetables tender, drain. Add ketchup, water, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls.
