Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
1 acorn squash, cut, peeled and cubed2 T. brown sugar3 t. ground nutmeg (approx., I didn't really measure too much)1 T. butter melted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2 Mix cubed squash, melted butter, nutmeg and brown sugar in a bowl.
3. Lay in pan, single layer and put in oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
