Steak Sweet and Sour Stir Fry

1 lb. steak strips for stir frySeasonings to taste (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Curry)1/2 package frozen broccoli2 cups Cauliflower1 cup sweet yellow corn1 cup green beans2 cups carrots1 cup sweet red bell pepper1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 bottle La Choy sweet and sour1 Tbsp Worcestershire1 package of rice noodles (serves 4)
Cut steak strips into small cubes and brown in skillet/wok. Add vegetables. If frozen, let them thaw in the skillet some before adding sauces. Cook noodles separately as directed on package. Add sauces to meat and veggies and let cook, stirring regularly to prevent burning. Let it cook until your veggies are at your preferred crispness. Add noddles or use noodles as base in bowl.
