Beans over Couscous

Ingredients
Glory Foods Lower Sodium Pinto Beans, 1 canRed Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Marsala Cooking Wine, 2 tbsp Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth or vegtable broth, 1 cup*Stevia, 1 serving (packet)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tspSalt, 1 tsp RiceSelect Couscous Original, 1 cup uncooked prepare per directions
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet
sautee garlic
add onions and mushrooms
cook down till tender
add marsala, continue saute for a minute
Add all other ingredients except for couscous
bring to boil then cut down to simmer,
Meanwhile cook couscous according to directions
Top couscous with bean topping
