Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
1 sweet potato1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F

Wash and peel potato

Slice potato into 1/4-1/8 inch slices

Spray 4 grams (1/4 tbsp) of olive oil onto cookie sheet

Place slices on sheet

Spray 4 grams (1/4 tbsp) of olive oil onto cookie sheet



Put in oven and cook for 10 minutes then turn slices over and cook for another 10. Take out of oven, let cool and enjoy!
