8oz Ground Turkey1/2cup Cuccumber Sliced1 Outer Leaf Romaine Lettuce1/8 cup Alfalfa sprouts (optional)2tbs Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing(optional)1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1.Preheat oven to 375*F
2. Form ground turkey into patties about 4in in diameter.
3. Brush 1 side of the burgers with the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook seasoned side down until browned, about 2 minutes. Fip and cook until other side is brown, about 2 minutes more.
4. Transfer burgers to a baking dish and bake at 160 degrees F, about 5 minutes. Cut patties in half and place the burgers inside a leaf of lettuce, add 3-4 slices of cuccumber and some Alfalfa sprouts and Oil and Vinegar on top. wrap lettuce around the half patty and other ingredients and enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 2-3 patties (4-6 servings)
