Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
1 Cup Mr. Kook's Tikka Masala Sauce1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast1/2 of 5.3 oz. container Oikos Plain nonfat greek yogurt
Directions
Spray large skillet with Olive Oil Spray to coat. Heat pan over Med-high heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides to give it a good sear. Pour 1 Cup of Tikka Masala Sauce into the pan with the chicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add yogurt and mix throughout. Cook for 3 more minutes.

Serve over basmati rice or with Naan and vegetable of your choice. (not incuded in calorie count)
