Cheese Crisp Tostada Supreme (low carb)

Ingredients
6 Primal Cheese Crisps3 T. sour cream3 tsp taco sauce3 oz prepared taco meat3 sliced jumbo black olives3 T. diced red tomatoes1/8 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
Bake your cheese crisps ahead of time (put 2 T. shredded 100% cheddar cheese in thin clumps on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.)
On each cheese crisp, in order, place 1/2 T sour cream, 1 tsp taco sauce, 1 T. taco meat, the sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, and diced tomato. Serve 6 minis to each person. They may want more!
