Yambean (jicama), raw, 100 gram(s)mandarin oranges (tangerines) 100 gram(s) Goat Cheese, Semisoft, 1 oz*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbspSpinach, Fresh Organic (3oz), 85 gram(s)Baby Beets-Costco (2.5beets), 2 serving
Directions
Cut jicama and beets any way you like: chop, shred, or slice. Add spinach to bowl. add beets and jicama. Separate and add oranges. Crumble goat cheese with a fork over veggies. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
