Savory Vegan Bulgur Skillet

1 cup uncooked raw bulgur2 cups cold water1 can no salt added diced tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)4 tofu pups (cooked according to package directions)1 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce1/2 cup raw spinach, chopped
Prepare bulgur by boiling in pot and then covering to let simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile dice the COOKED tofu pups into small pieces and heat a skillet to medium. Add tomatoes (drained), spices, and tofu pups; stir in spinach. Once bulgur is finished mix it into the tofu mixture and serve warm!
Serving Size: makes 4 servings (approx 1 c each)
