Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland 1/4 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (1 medium)Garlic, 4 clove Basil, 4 tbsp (1 bunch)Crushed Tomatoes in Rich Puree (S&W), 7 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Salt, to tastePepper, to taste
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil. Add to all other ingredients in crockpot and simmer 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Can also be made on stovetop.
