spinnach frozen, 300 grams Flour, white, 1 cup Milk, 1%, 2-2/3 cup Onions, raw, 180 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 200 grams Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 4 large Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Feta Cheese, 0.8 cup, crumbled
cook onions and mushrooms in a oil in frying pan, add spinnach. Let cool.
Mix, flour, milk, eggs, egg beaters, salt and baking powder in bowl. Wisk, then add Mushroom, onions and spinnach. Mix again and pour into 2 8 inch cake pans.
Pre-heat oven to 400F and cook for 40 minutes
