1/2 c. Quick Oats1/4 c. Skim Milk1/2 c. Boiling Water1 scoop Vanilla Protein PowderNo-calorie sweetenerA few sprays Zero calorie butter sprayDash of Salt1 tbsp Sugar free pancake syrupA few dashes Ground cinnamon
Combine oats, sweetener, protein powder and milk until a thick meal forms. There should be no dry protein powder in the meal. If necessary, add a few additional splashes of milk.
SLOWLY add boiling water, a little at a time, stirring continually until the oatmeal is slightly submerged in water.
Microwave for about 90 seconds. Will be thick.
Add salt, pancake syrup, butter spray, cinnamon and stir.
