Mini Cholate chip love bites (or breakfast cookies)

Ingredients
1/2c rolled oatsscant 1/2 c applesauce (or mashed banana)1/4 c roasted cashew butter (can use other nut butters)1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract1/16 tsp. salt1-2 tbsp. mini chocolate chips or chunks2 1/2 tbsp. freeze dried raspberries or crasinsoptional 1 packet stevia
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the applesauce or banana with the nut butter, then add all other ingredients and mix until well-combined. Shape into cookies and bake on a greased cookie sheet for around 14-16 minutes, then let cool 10minutes before removing from sheet. Makes 18 cookies.
