Blueberry Soup

Ingredients
2 cups frozen blueberries3 cups water5 T Splenda3 T lemon Juice1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 TBSP corn starch1 cup Cool Whip Free
Directions
Combine the first six ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir on medium-high heat until it reaches a gentle boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the berries are tender. Gently mash the berries or use immersion blender depending on your preference. Cool slightly. Top with 4 tablespoons of Cool whip on each bowl of "soup".
