Roasted Balsamic Zucchini and Pepers

Ingredients
Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Salt, 3 dash Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves, crushed
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place all veggies on a baking, sprinkle with oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Bake or roast for 45 minutes
